📘 How the process works

  1. Recognition of the Italian degree in Spain
    Our team starts the process at the Spanish Ministerio de Universitades for the homologation of your Italian degree.

  2. Enabling Master’s Degree (Máster de Acceso a la Abogacía)
    A course lasting approximately one year, online, with final exams in person. Mandatory to access the Spanish State Exam.

  3. Spanish State Exam for access to the profession
    The exam is held in Spain (in Spanish), with two sessions per year.

  4. Registration in the Spanish Register and recognition in Italy
    After passing the exam, we take care of the registration at the Colegio de Abogados and the subsequent recognition by the Italian Ministry of Justice.
